Let’s be honest: We are currently living in a world that seems very chaotic, even threatening and certainly not very cooperative and for the good of all. We are going through big changes, which challenges us to always adapt newly. The world-machinery is highly demanding and deceptive. This mostly leaves the individual abandoned to its own destiny. We are bombarded by information and deceiving agendas from every direction. Under these conditions, fear and confusion spread easily among people. Without inner anchor, being centered in the heart and spiritually, there is no chance of filtering truth from lies and remain its energetic integrity.

After all, loosing inner balance, peace and the joy of being alive is tightly related to our own reactions and doings. Still – at the core we are innocent beings, but we can’t see beyond our egoic limitations. The roots of human suffering are found in attachment and resistance of the ego-mind. Emotional wounds are with everyone and fought off with defense mechanisms. Humanity badly needs to heal. Especially early childhood traumas have a deep impact on a life. We lose our energetic alignment and balance and go throw rough times of suffering while having little or no orientation. It doesn’t matter how much healing one needs; every human being is more or less entangled with the duality created by the mind. Yet, the ego-mind only tries to survive and be safe. To regain great balance means to become one body, mind and soul. It’s a unification of the feminine and masculine principles – of feeling, thinking and perceiving and also an amplification of our energy. Even if we can’t see it, everything is born and exists only within love. Recognizing this reality is what brings liberation to our soul.

While some only might need a different and more broad perspective to find a path aligned with life, others need to go deeper to resolve inner blockages and limitations. Everything is possible with Holistic Energetic Integration.
